The New Tumblr Ask Button

Now you can bug bloggers with questions about whatever the hell you feel like, when you feel like it! Because bloggers will be ecstatic about answering random questions!

I give it a week before Tumblr makes it optional for the blog authors. If not, Tumblr-bloggers (Tumblr-ers?) will have to get used to answering pointless questions with increasing frequency.
