My iPad Game Recommendations

Last Friday I stumbled on the game Ticket to Ride on the App Store. It looked interesting, but it wasn’t until I looked at the screenshots that I decided to buy it. I have a rule: any game that features my hometown gets insta-bought, and there it was right at the top of the map. Same reason I bought Empire: Total War.

However, unlike Empire: Total War (which is not an iPad game, by the way), I actually played and enjoyed this game. You can read Ars Technica’s review for more details, but I find the game quite fun.

Another game I enjoy is Super Stickman Golf - and unlike Ticket to Ride, which is $6.99, this game is now free! I can tell you all about the game, but odds are that Marco Arment already did, so I don’t have to.
