I just bought one of these Valentine leather back-skins for my phone and it is quite awesome. It looks sharp, protects the back from scratches (which the back of my phone already had after just one week), muffles impacts with hard surfaces, and provides better grip! Definitely recommended - just be careful the first couple days because the adhesive isn’t sufficiently sticky unless you let it set for a while.

Also, sorry for the crummy photo… a Droid Incredible with a LED flash that refuses to work and bad lighting conditions makes for a poor picture.
